This residential interior design project presents a masterclass in modern luxury, seamlessly blending crisp architectural lines with rich, organic textures. Developed by Tanaghum Engineering Office, the concept balances minimalist functional forms with deep, warm material accents to create an inviting yet highly refined atmosphere.
Details
Millwork & Cabinetry: Floor-to-ceiling handle-less storage finished in a custom matte warm-beige lacquer. Kitchen lower cabinets feature premium vertical-grain natural white oak, paired with dark-framed vertical fluted glass upper doors.
Stonework: Premium book-matched Calacatta marble with bold charcoal and gold veining, applied across the kitchen countertops, full-height backsplashes, and the floating living room media feature wall.
Textiles & Upholstery: Deep modular seating upholstered in a high-durability slate-gray woven fabric, paired with accent cushions in textured beige and rich velvet animal-print motifs. Entryway bench features tailored, tufted tan leather.
Wall Coverings: Custom floor-to-ceiling framed tapestry panel featuring a classical forest landscape mural, introducing depth and organic color tones to the transition zones.

The ultimate realization of this space is a direct reflection of a meticulous, BIM-driven architectural workflow that seamlessly bridges initial spatial engineering with bespoke interior detailing. By deploying advanced architectural rendering and precise spatial aesthetics, the final design achieves an impeccable structural balance where utility meets high-end luxury. Every element—from the precise calibration of the hidden LED spotlighting and matte reflections to the complex texture mapping of the slate-gray fabrics and book-matched Calacatta marble—was rigorously simulated to ensure flawless spatial harmony and execution. The result is a highly tailored, sophisticated environment that not only maximizes functional layout efficiency but also delivers an uncompromised, visually stunning signature aesthetic engineered to stand the test of time.
