Designed to maximize a compact 270 meter square footprint, the layout uses staggered volumes to separate public reception areas from private living quarters. Large, deep-set rectangular windows puncture the facade, ensuring the interior spaces are flooded with natural light while maintaining high thermal performance and privacy from the street level.
Moving beyond the main structure, the design transitions into a private, highly functional outdoor living zone designed for relaxation and entertainment.
The Courtyard & Greenery: The stone paving is broken up by deliberate geometric grass joints, leading to a vibrant sunken planter box. A prominent palm tree serves as the focal point, surrounded by lush lavender and perennial flowers, softening the stone walls.
Outdoor Kitchen & Lounge: A premium outdoor barbecue station is built directly into a textured stone counter featuring dark wood cabinetry underneath. This area transitions into a cozy wooden deck lounge equipped with premium dark-wicker outdoor sofas.
Feature Wall: A striking dark charcoal horizontal siding wall provides a deep contrast to the light stone, beautifully accented by climbing ivy plants and minimalistic up-and-down outdoor lighting fixtures.

The villa masterfully blends traditional Palestinian stone craftsmanship with clean, contemporary geometry. The facade features a striking contrast between two stone finishes: a light, finely textured white stone and a warm, cream-colored dressed stone that highlights structural projections.
The crowning jewel of the front elevation is the neo-classical monumental portal. Framed by elegant white pilasters and topped with a delicate geometric stone-carved frieze, it creates a powerful sense of arrival. The villa sits on a sloped topography, accommodated beautifully by a tiered retaining wall system that incorporates automated modern wrought-iron gates, a private parking ramp, and integrated exterior lighting niches.
